Know the Speaker

 

Dr Amy Wong has taught at Lingnan University, Hong Kong, Monash University, Australia, and the Singapore Management University. She has worked on projects in various services industries including retailing, tourism, hospitality, and education.

 

Dr Wong was honored with the Faculty Excellence Award in the category “Excellence in Online Teaching” in 2010 – 2012. She earned her PhD in Management from Monash University.
